York Benevolent Association is a current and valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in accordance with the standards and regulations of the Internal Revenue Service. Currently we are unable to accept donations from states other than Pennsylvania. If you're interested in making a significant donation and are from a state not listed, please contact our Executive Director.
